Utensil drawer organisers

We’ve been using this since we first moved in. It’s not the most premium of quality, but it has done it’s job for a good 4 years. We haven’t found the need to switch it out.

I’ll recommend you to do your own measurements before purchasing since we all have different drawer sizes.

Premium teak cutting board

I loveee this cutting board! It’s such a good quality at an affordable price point. There are other premium brands going for $1-200 for this size and this is only a small fraction of the cost:)

Pull-out tap

NO REGRETS paying a premium for our kitchen tap. My husband thought I was insane for dragging him to the store in 2020, but this is one of the best things we bought at a premium for our kitchen. It is simply sooo elegant and high quality! I’ll put my money on this brand if we ever renovated another home:)

Plughole declogger + cleaner

A true essential that every home needs. This can be used in the bathroom as well! It works wonders, and if your home is suffering from a bad clog, you may need more than 1 bottle.

We use this for routine maintenance and it keeps odours at bay.

Clear lazy susan organiser

We have several of these around our kitchen - in our tea cabinet and fridge!

Its an easy way to find and retrieve anything we need, especially in high storage areas.

Acacia wood cutting board

This is not as great quality, but does the job. The great thing about this is it’s very light and easy to move around the kitchen!

Knife organiser

A no-frills option if you want to keep your knives away and not on the countertop! There is a non-slip base which works very well and fits most knives. It does not fit extremely long or curved knives. But if you have anything between 12 - 20cm, there will be no issues. We do fit knives outside of this range in the organiser as well, they still stay, just not the perfect fit!

Dishwashing mesh

This is our dishwashing “sponge”. We stopped using sponges because they take longer to dry and food bits stick to them easily. This mesh is so light and thin, so it dries very quickly and does not smell. Despite it looking like a cloth, it lathers dish soap well.

Non-slip lazy susan organizer

This is a great option for holding condiment bottles that may be made of glass. Sometimes tall or half empty bottles will topple on these type of organisers so this adds friction to your usage.

Rubber cutting board

If I could have 5 of these without being confused which is used for what type of cutting, I would put all my money on this! This is not the most affordable option, but I bet it’s going to be the longest-lasting. It is also the only dishwasher-safe option. We are currently using this for chicken and a smaller one for raw seafood.

Kitchen sink

We were not, and are still not well researched in the area of kitchen sinks. We are more concerned with the durability & size, which this happens to hit both of it for us, so we’re happy. I heard from other homeowners that other brand of stainless steel sinks tend to keep water marks, but ours doesn’t. I’m not sure if it is made different, but we never had issues with marks of any sorts with this.
